💼 Job Role:

Make outbound calls to customers on behalf of the company and provide information about insurance products (Life, Health, Motor, etc.).

Understand customer needs and explain suitable insurance plans to them.

Follow up with interested leads and convert them into sales.

Maintain daily call records and customer feedback in CRM or Excel sheets.

Resolve customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.

Meet sales targets and follow reporting timelines.

🧠 Key Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English preferred)

Confident and polite telephone manner

Strong convincing and negotiation skills

Basic understanding of insurance products

Knowledge of MS Excel or CRM software is a plus

🕒 Working Hours:

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

📈 Salary Range:

₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Incentives (based on performance)

📋 Reporting To:

Team Leader / Sales Manager
